Computer Repair and Troubleshooting
Servicing all brands of Windows based PC's we are committed to
providing the most comprehensive and reliable service available in
Tampa Bay. Acutely aware of the dependence most clients have on
their systems, we strive to complete your repair within three
business days. In time critical situations, same day rush service is
available for an additional charge for systems arriving prior to
2PM. An extensive inventory of components both state of the art and
yesterday's tried and true allows cost effective resolution to your
systems ailments quickly.
Laptop repair and Upgrades
We service all makes and models of laptops. Given the proprietary
nature and complexity of laptops, standard repair times are seven
working days excluding special order parts and the diagnostic fee of
$59.95 is applied to the hourly repair rate of $79.95.
Data Recovery and transfer
If you have lost data through hardware or software failure, we can
help. PCG has full suite of software repair and recovery tools. PCG
also offer the option to transfer your data to a new system. Our
technicians have the ability to make an image of the existing drive
and ghost it to a new hard drive, saving you from having to
reinstall all of your applications.
System Upgrades
System stuck in a time warp or running in the slow lane? Our
technicians work closely with our sales staff to provide the most
cost effective and practical upgrade and enhancement options to suit
your specific needs. From simple memory addition to changing the CPU
and flashing the motherboard bios, we have the components and
technical knowledge necessary to help you get the maximum life
expectancy out of that system you have grown to love. When the time
finally comes to replace it, we will gladly apply the current
system's market value and transfer your current data to your new
system.
System and Software Instruction
Providing custom tailored training in system use and all major desktop
applications helps to assure that you get the highest return on your
investment possible. In addition to both group and individual
instruction, we can tailor our training services to meet your

control over the configuration of your system. From simple
modifications to a standard PCG system to a completely customized
system from the ground up, the choice is yours. All new systems
built by PCG are backed by a complete 1 year warranty including 1
year on parts and labor.
In Home Delivery and Set-up
Setting up your new system can be intimidating. Our onsite personnel
will deliver, unpack, set-up, install software and configure your
system for you. Replacing an existing system; we can install your
software and transfer all of your existing data to the new system.
Adding an additional system for the spouse or kids and have a Cable
or DSL modem; we can install an in-home network with a broadband
router so you can share printers and all surf the web from behind a
secure firewall with privacy and peace of mind. Have a laptop and
want to surf from any room in the house or out by the pool, let us
install and configure a wireless access point, and be free to roam.
Custom Hard Drive Imaging
System information retention and duplication is a valuable tool
available for maintaining and supporting workgroup environments. Our
Service Department has the ability after your workstations have been
configured to create and maintain a complete image of the hard
drive. This image can then be copied to new workstations being added
to the network, or to replacement hard drives in the event of a
hardware failure.
Loaner and Rental Systems
System down and have a deadline to meet or adding temporary staff to
complete a major project and need some additional equipment short
term; we can help. We have loaner and rental systems available to
see you through that unexpected time of need. Systems are delivered
with fresh operating systems ready for you to install your software
and get to work. When returned, we reformat the hard disk to ensure
that your data stays with you. Your world doesn't have to stop just
because your system did.
