DRIVERS:

determine the best drivers for your system. Drivers are files
used by windows to communicate with the devices installed in your
computer such as: video cards, sound cards and modems. Use the
link at the left to browse through thousands of device drivers.
Please use caution in downloading these files as using the wrong
device driver can cause your computer to function incorrectly and
may cause other problems. Read all descriptions carefully before
installing any drivers on your computer.
KNOWLEDGE BASE: The knowledge base is a direct link to Microsoft's database of
common windows problems. You may be able to find simple solutions
to some of your windows related problems here. Please use caution
in following the advice from the knowledge base as some of these
solutions are difficult to implement and require the assistance of
